WHY EFFECTIVE SUPERVISION OF HEALTH & SAFETY MATTERS
Strong leadership is at the heart of every successful health and safety system. Supervisors and managers play a vital role in influencing behaviour, maintaining standards, and ensuring a safe working environment. Without effective supervision, policies and procedures are unlikely to be followed consistently. This course helps organisations strengthen their safety culture by equipping key personnel with the tools to lead by example, promote best practices, and address issues before they lead to incidents.
